From the beginning to end Preeti was the absolute greatest!!! She educated us about the changes happening in the market and let my husband and myself know what we needed to do to make out dreams come true. So with a little penny pinching and credit monitoring we were able to purchase in this impossible market. For deeper insight into my review, plz forgive a bit of indiscretion into my personal background as that might help the reader to appreciate how much I do value Ms Preeti Rao's work : I'm a Christian, retired BscN,RN 25yr Rehab Unit(post Stroke care). Preeti came into my financially challenged situation at a time when I was biting more than I could chew. After knowing her more now thru her work ethics, I realize why it was so natural for her to come to my rescue as we both love helping others facing life's challenges or crisis. My "wallet" was choking and Ms Preeti "heimliched" it . Thru questions/answers my situation became clearer for Preeti, and like a God's miracle she has found me the perfect deals in at least 4 occasions and was able to get me back on my feet. As a broker no one I know can beat Ms Preeti's devotion for a client. If you have a good credit score that's a sure asset, but the opposite shouldn't stop you to consult with her because she appears to be on top of her game and could have a solution to your bad situation. Lastly as Real Estate broker, Ms Preeti is 2nd to none. She orchestrated the sale of my Property within days : 1 week got it a makeover(new flooring, painting , staging), posted it and 48hr later sold for a firm 110% of asking price. I had to decline a last minute offer of 119% of asking price due to closing date issue. So I will let the above facts speak...
